McKinney Dental Implants

The Gold Standard of Tooth Replacement

Do you have several missing teeth that you want replaced, but are unsure of your options? Are you searching for a tooth replacement option that will give you natural-looking teeth in place of your missing teeth? McKinney Dentist offers the gold standard solution for you—dental implant teeth replacements to transform your smile! Dental implants pose as the tooth’s root, and when a crown is put on top, creates a new tooth that works, looks, and feels like a regular tooth. As an artificial tooth, a dental implant produces long-lasting, great results. We place dental implants as a clear, amazing alternative to bridges, dentures, and partials with a high success rate!

As an artificial tooth root, a dental implant produces long-lasting, aesthetically-pleasing results. With this intricate dental restorative procedure, you and your family should trust in your dentist’s skills, experience, and qualifications to exceed your expectations. Dr. Jeff Lynch, who places the implants at McKinney Dentist, earned the prestigious Fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. His accomplishments in placing and restoring dental implants awarded him with this great honor. You and your family can undoubtedly trust in his expertise and skills. After a thorough examination, Dr. Lynch will evaluate your case and plan the dental implant procedure. Our dental implants in McKinney, TX, are created using biocompatible titanium screws, which act as the post (the root of your tooth). The procedure involves many strategically planned steps to deliver the results you crave!

Our Dental Implant Process

To start, Dr. Lynch will surgically place the implant into your jaw bone where you were missing teeth. Then, a process called osseointegration transpires when the bone bonds with the titanium. This process results in the bone growing tightly around the post, which creates a durable foundation for a new tooth. After about 12-16 weeks, Dr. Lynch will take a digital impression using our intraoral scanner that eliminates the need for messy, goop-based impressions. These scans will be used to customize the abutment and make a crown to top the implant. If needed, an implant-secured denture, partial, or bridge will be placed to ensure maximum functionality for your daily living. Appealing to many patients, you can opt for our safe and effective sedation dentistry to melt away your dental fears and anxieties.
